Why this retreat
Life sometimes gets in the way of us slowing down and living fully. Somewhere along the way, we get so caught up in the busyness of life that it passes us by and we get lost in ourselves.
This retreat is an opportunity to come back home to yourself — in your connection to your body, your mind, and your soul. We'll get there through mindful movement, conscious connection, and balancing it all with wine and food to share at the table.
Seven days of structure and spaciousness, spent together. Morning meditation, yoga practices daily, home-cooked meals timed to support your body, and afternoons free to explore some of Europe's most quietly stunning coastlines. We'll visit small vineyards, eat locally grown foods, and move slowly through medieval towns. Every detail is handled for you.
All you have to do is show up.

Your retreat leader
If you’re reading this, you probably already have taken one of my yoga classes, tasted some wine with me, or perhaps have found yourself in my kitchen for a meal made with love. However you got here, thank you for your presence in my life, and for considering joining me on this retreat.
Yoga and wine both entered my life in natural ways more than fifteen years ago. Yet it was during the pandemic that they shifted from friendly acquaintances to lovers of my soul. A daily practice of asana brought me to a peace and calm that was indescribable — that peace lit a fire in me, a passion to share what I had found with others.
Meanwhile, my evenings were quiet and filled with books and stories about wine from regions I had never heard of. The vast history and craftsmanship that a single bottle can hold is mind-boggling to me still. I love that these two seemingly opposing loves can naturally come together in a space meant to be shared. In 2023 I took the step from a student to become a yoga teacher and I have found that sharing my love and wisdom of this practice is what truly lights me up. My hope for you, if you choose to join on this retreat, is that you will find a way to come home to yourself. Through movement, stillness, community, or any other way you choose. There are no promises for what this retreat can do for you. The work is always up to yourself. You get to choose how you want to change. I am simply here to hold your hand and perhaps help you find your way.
The place
A small eco retreat in the coastal village of Buljarica, surrounded by olive trees and cypress, with the sea on one side and mountains on the other. The beach is a fifteen minute walk. Hiking trails and old coastal villages start at the door.
Meals are cooked from scratch by local Montenegrin women using organic ingredients grown nearby — served twice a day, at 10am and 5pm, at a long shared table. There's a hot tub, hammocks, a sauna, and a yoga terrace looking out over the water.

The rhythm
Everything is optional. Some days you'll want all of it, some days you'll want the hammock. Both are the right answer.
A gentle opening. Breath, stillness, and intention before the day begins.
Movement for the body and soul.
Home-cooked and nourishing. Eaten slowly, together.
Some days this is yours completely: beach, a walk, a book, a nap. Other days we move together — a drive through the vineyards, a wander through a coastal village. You'll always know in advance. You'll never feel rushed.
The second home-cooked meal of the day, timed to support digestion and wind you down naturally.
Slow flow, deep stretch, or yin. A deliberate unwinding to soothe the nervous system.
Or the occasional walk into town for a glass of vino, laughter, and stories from the day's adventures.
